Lynn, MA 115 O’Callaghan Way September 5, 2013 Black | Male | 29 Years Old Lynn Police Department Armed: Gun Veteran Veteran Reynoso was shot to death by a local officer in his own apartment, in front of his five-year-old son. Police had responded to a report of Reynoso acting erratically and claimed that the victim had managed to grab one of the officer’s pistols and fired two shots. Subsequent investigation found grave problems with the police account, and called into question the DA’s exoneration of these officers and many others.
