19 yrs. old Manuel “Junior” DaVeiga was shot by BPD in Dorchester, investigation ongoing. Suffolk DA and BPD say he exchanged fire with officers and was wounded before shot himself in the head which was the fatal and final shot. Community and family members raised questions about the police account of the incident.
